Lifetime Guarantee
Every SOKOfurniture sconce is built by hand to last a lifetime — and we stand behind that. Each lamp is covered by a lifetime limited guarantee for the original purchaser, from the date of purchase for as long as you own the piece.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — for the lifetime of the product.
- Electrical components (sockets, wiring) under normal usage.
- Structural integrity of the curved plywood body and veneer bonding.
What is not covered
- Consumables: light bulbs and rechargeable batteries (batteries are covered for two years).
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or the natural change of wood tone over time.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, moisture, or accidents.
- Use of bulbs that exceed the recommended wattage.
How to make a claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this guarantee, contact us at support@sokofurniture.com with your order number, a description, and photos of the issue. We will assess it and, if approved, repair or replace the defective part or product. If an identical model is no longer made, we will offer the closest current equivalent.
This guarantee is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this guarantee limits statutory consumer rights.
