Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied.

Return Period
You may return your lamp within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@sokofurniture.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving our instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders or items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
If your lamp arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
