What materials are your lamps made from?
We use natural wood veneers, carefully selected from sustainable forests, combined with eco-friendly finishes and certified electrical components. Each lamp is handcrafted in our Polish workshop.

Are your lamps safe?
Yes. Our wall sconces are the world's first UL‑listed and CSA‑approved wooden sconces, meeting rigorous safety standards for household lighting.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide from Poland. Shipping times and costs vary by destination; see our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our lamps are made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location; European orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, while international orders may take 7‑14 days.

Can I return or exchange my lamp?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your lamp within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I install the lamp?
